Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Every purchase comes with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Products must not be damaged in order to be eligible for a return.

To start a return, you can contact us via email at support@bmiscale.com or by completing the contact form on our site under the 'Contact' tab. We’ll then send you instructions for where to send your package by mail, as well as a return shipping label. Return shipping is free. We also do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and process your return, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
